eautiful red lacquered Chinese wedding basket with intricately carved bats and dragon heads! It has metal strapping and hardware. There are apparently no maker's marks to discern. Antique, circa late 19th C.
Condition:
It has vertical age cracks shown. No signs of repairs or restoration. The finish appears original.
