    Description

    OFFERED ... a lot of fourteen (14) CANADA 25 Cent Coins dated between 1940 and 1952.  They are comprised of 80% silver; 20% copper.  There are eight coins that have the lettering "GEORGIVS VI D:G:REX ET IND:IMP," (for years 1937-1947) and six that have the lettering, "
    GEORGIVS VI DEI GRATIA REX" (for years 1948-1952).  The obverse side carries a left profile portrait of King George VI; the reverse side carries the image of a caribou, the face value, and "CANADA."
    The coins have been photographed chronologically top to bottom, left to right, for both obverse and reverse sides.  I took an individual photo of the 1947 coin, front and back, since there might be added interest in it.
