Up for bid is Res Q Ladder Brand 3-Story 25 Foot Fire Escape Rescue Ladder FL-250-ASO FREESHIP.  This is the harder to find 25 foot-length metal rescue ladder…most of the ones you find are 15 feet.  This series 1000 ladder has grooved rungs for an easy safe escape for a 3-story or less home.  5 pairs of plastic standoffs are included (2 are already installed).  This item has been in storage awhile and the box has some water marks on it but the ladder is in great shape.  This is an all metal ladder...it includes plastic standoffs that can be installed on the rungs for additional stability against your home.  Box is very heavy.
